Payment Terms: The successful high bidder will submit a $300 non-refundable deposit within 2 business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Payment Methods:

Cash, certified check, wire transfer, or 3rd-party financing. Paypal preferred for deposit.

Fees and Taxes:

All sales are subject to Texas VIT (Vehicle Inventory Tax) and a $50.00 Processing fee. Texas Buyers are required to pay an additional 6.25% sales tax and registration/title transfer fee. Out of State Buyers are responsible for applicable taxes in your state. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
